What Cheese steak is to Philadelphia, Spaghetti Red is to Joplin, the City’s gift to the culinary world. The dish, a distinctive mash-up of chili and spaghetti, originated at Fred and Grover’s place, later to become Fred and Red’s, now a landmark and an institution in the Missouri Ozarks.
