To most Uncharted Regions is the latest endeavor from the creative mind of Neal Hallford, who has been involved in the computer gaming industry, novel writing, independent film and more. But to some, Uncharted Regions is the continuation of a dream spun from the minds of a couple of bored DJ’s at a sleepy Oklahoma Country and Western radio station.
