Emotional Self Care in These Uncertain Times

In these very uncertain and unclear days as the Country re-opens and begins its recovery from the COVID-19 quarantine, moving forward into uncharted waters into more unknown territory may be a little daunting.

We visit with counselor Josh Cress about what you can do for yourself, your loved one and those around you during these stressful times. “We’re not all in the same boat, but we are in the same storm,” Josh states as he gives us not only ways to stay afloat but to guide our boat in turbulent waters.
